Sony 1292
This was Sony's flagship set (prior to the G90 being released) introduced in
1995. Razor sharp performance with full 9” liquid coupled tubes with EM focus,
110 Khz scan rate, 1000 lumens, 21 point digital convergence. The basic
image was very similar to the 12XX series, but the larger tubes and EM focus
made for a razor sharp picture.
Very large and heavy beasts, they're known for being one of the noisiest
projectors out there so consider a hushbox or louder speakers. :)
