Building a Hushbox

After determining that the frame fits the projector, I start gluing on hardboard pieces that are cut to fit:

Use wood glue and plenty of clamps (you can never have enough!) to ensure that pieces fit tight.

Most of the panels have now been attached:

Next step is to line it with a couple of layers of fibreglass ceiling tiles (not shown). Cut these to fit exactly. They are held in place simply by friction since they’re very light and will only be used on the sides and bottom of the hushbox.
