Replacing the front fan:
The front fan replacement is not as easy as the four rear ones and needs
some step-by-step instructions as follows:
The idea was to use a larger fan than the tiny 60x60mm (18CFM) located behind
the PA board. Since larger fans do not have to spin as fast as smaller
ones to move the same amount of air, they are quieter. I found SilenX IXP-52-14 (24CFM) fan that is considerably better
and very silent:
