Step 3: Focus Board

Go ahead and remove the TWO top cover screws, then slide the top cover back and off the Marquee.

The focus board is the one pictured on the left.

Pull it's little top cover off by lifting up at the front.

Remove the three connectors shown below. There are no clips to worry about, just gently pull the connectors off.

Now, gently pull the focus board up and out of it's housing. Please remember to grasp the board by it's edges, not the electronics. They can be easily damaged. The large aluminum heatsink is usually pretty safe to grab hold of.
