Low Voltage (LV) Power Supply:

Other than the fuses under the metal cover, the LV power supply has no user serviceable parts in it. The LED indicators do a good job of showing the status of each supply voltage. If a fuse blows continually, it is an indication of that supply rail having a short on it.

The problem is, each PC board has a safety interlock on it, so that the set will not power up with a board missing. This makes locating a short in the set very difficult, as board exchanges need to be done to locate problems. I stock a large supply of Ampro boards for just such an occasion..:)
