The below picture shows how a tube assembly is taken out of the set. The whole tube and plastic housing lifts right out of the set for replacement or servicing. Below the red tube are also the connectors for the HV power supply and the keypad and IR detectors. The ACON camera wiring harness also connects here.

Note the black wiring harness that goes between the motherboard and the HV power supply.
